Job summary

Walters Wedding Estates, part of Walters Hospitality, is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will ensure guests have an exceptional experience through careful coordination of ceremonies, receptions, and venue logistics.

You will lead rehearsals, oversee processions, and work closely with the banquet team to deliver outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a meticulous eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Food and beverage experience preferred.
• TABC and Serve Safe Food Handlers certifications required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Attend detail meetings and lead rehearsal activities.
• Oversee the wedding ceremony processional and recessional.
• Complete tasks during receptions to ensure a smooth event flow.
• Collaborate with banquet team to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain venue cleanliness and organization at all times.
