Job summary

Walters Wedding Estates is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-level Event Coordinator to join our team in New Braunfels, TX. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality and coordinating wedding events with attention to detail.

You will attend detail meetings, lead rehearsal activities, and manage ceremony progressions and reception tasks while collaborating with the banquet team to ensure flawless service. Physical effort includes lifting up to 30 lbs and long shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• TABC and Serve Safe Food Handlers certifications required.
• Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; E-Verify.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk for 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Attend detail meetings and lead rehearsal activities.
• Oversee the wedding ceremony processional and recessional.
• Complete coordinator tasks during receptions to ensure smooth event flow.
• Collaborate as part of the banquet team to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain venue cleanliness and organization at all times.
