Job summary

Walters Wedding Estates is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team in Montgomery, TX. If you have a passion for hospitality and excel in fast-paced wedding and event settings, we want to hear from you!

In this role you will attend detail meetings, lead rehearsals, oversee the processional and recessional, coordinate receptions, collaborate with the banquet team, and maintain a clean, organized venue to ensure flawless events for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage preferred
• Certifications: TABC and ServSafe required
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must take ownership and ensure tasks are completed
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, attention to detail, and confidence
• Strong communication with coworkers and clients
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk 8–12 hours

Responsibilities

• Attend detail meetings and lead rehearsal activities.
• Oversee the wedding ceremony processional and recessional.
• Complete coordinator tasks during receptions to ensure a smooth event flow.
• Collaborate as part of the banquet team to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain venue cleanliness and organization at all times.
