Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse Weekend Warrior Supervisor to lead the weekend nursing team. You will oversee Saturday-Sunday care, supervise CNAs, and coordinate medications and treatments.

A strong leader with clinical judgment is essential for maintaining high-quality resident care. We offer a competitive base pay, an $8,000 sign-on bonus, and additional weekend pay, with full-time benefits including health, retirement, PTO, and life insurance

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current, active North Carolina LPN license.
Current CPR certification.
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and support to the weekend nursing team.
Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care according to their individualized plans of care.
Supervise, support, and provide guidance to nursing staff and CNAs.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary team.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
Serve as a clinical resource and point of support for the weekend nursing team.
