Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Weekend Warrior Supervisor to lead the weekend nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care in Pinehurst, NC.

This full-time role offers two consistent weekend schedules, an $8,000 sign-on bonus, and additional weekend pay, with full-time benefits and opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the weekend nursing team.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care according to their plans of care.
• Supervise, support, and provide guidance to nursing staff and CNAs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Serve as a clinical resource and point of support for the weekend nursing team.

Join Our Weekend Warrior Nursing Team!

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Weekend Warrior Supervisor to join our nursing team.

This full-time Weekend Warrior position gives you the flexibility to choose between 16-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday or 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

In addition to a consistent weekend schedule, this position includes Additional Weekend Warrior Pay and an $8,000 Sign-On Bonus.
