Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Warrior Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team in Pinehurst, NC. This full-time weekend role offers two schedule options with 16-hour weekend shifts (Sat-Sun) or 12-hour shifts (Fri-Sun) and includes an added weekend pay and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Lead the weekend nursing operations, ensure high-quality care, and mentor RNs, LPNs and CNAs while collaborating with physicians and families. Great Place to Work Certified.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide direction to the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations throughout the weekend.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care per individualized plans of care.
• Supervise, support, and guide RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
• Perform resident assessments and assist with medications, treatments and documentation.
• Monitor residents for changes and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Communicate with physicians, families, leadership and interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Serve as a clinical resource and point of support for weekend team.
