Job summary
The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse Weekend Warrior Supervisor to lead the weekend nursing team. This full-time role offers two weekend schedule options (16-hour Sat-Sun or 12-hour Fri-Sun), an $8,000 sign-on bonus, additional weekend pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current, active NC LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide direction and support to the nursing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to the weekend nursing team.
- Supervise CNAs and nursing staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure timely follow-up.
- Complete accurate nursing documentation.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
- Serve as a clinical resource for the weekend team.
