Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced LPN Weekend Warrior Supervisor to join our nursing team. This full-time role offers two weekend schedule options and an $8,000 sign-on bonus.

As a Weekend Warrior Supervisor, you will lead the weekend nursing team, ensure compassionate resident care, supervise CNAs, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and care plans. Strong leadership and NC LPN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the weekend nursing team.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care per individualized care plans.
• Supervise, support, and guide nursing staff and CNAs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents for changes and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination.

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Weekend Warrior Supervisor to join our nursing team.

This full-time Weekend Warrior position gives you the flexibility to choose between 16-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday or 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

In addition to a consistent weekend schedule, this position includes Additional Weekend Warrior Pay and an $8,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Weekend Warrior Schedule Options

• Full-Time Weekend Warrior position

• Choose one of the following consistent weekend schedules:

  • 16-hour shifts Saturday and Sunday

  • 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the weekend nursing team

• Supervise, support, and provide guidance to nursing staff and CNAs

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up

• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary team

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

• Serve as a clinical resource and point of support for the weekend nursing team
