Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse Weekend Warrior Supervisor to lead the weekend nursing team. This full-time role offers two weekend schedule options (16-hour Sat-Sun or 12-hour Fri-Sun), an $8,000 sign-on bonus, additional weekend pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active NC LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide direction and support to the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the weekend nursing team.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure timely follow-up.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Serve as a clinical resource for the weekend team.

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Weekend Warrior Supervisor to join our nursing team.

This full-time Weekend Warrior position gives you the flexibility to choose between 16-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday or 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

In addition to a consistent weekend schedule, this position includes Additional Weekend Warrior Pay and an $8,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Key Responsibilities
