Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced LPN Weekend Warrior Supervisor to lead the weekend nursing team and ensure high-quality care for residents. This full-time role offers a predictable weekend schedule with leadership responsibilities and additional weekend pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide direction and support to the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the weekend nursing team.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care according to individualized plans of care.
• Supervise, support, and provide guidance to nursing staff and CNAs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Serve as a clinical resource and point of support for the weekend nursing team.
