Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead for the warehouse on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00pm-12:30am) in Pryor Creek, OK. You will oversee a warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory and timely order completion, train staff, and enforce safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in warehousing, 1 year with SAP, and hands-on experience with WMS and handheld scanners. Strong leadership and a focus on customer service are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are accurate and orders are completed on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; advise on performance improvements as needed.
• Use the warehouse management system and maintain accurate work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
