Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor for a Weekend 2nd Shift (Friday - Monday, 2:00pm - 12:30am) in Pryor Creek, OK. You will oversee the warehouse team, manage inventory levels, and ensure accurate, on-time orders.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a warehouse setting, SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A high school diploma is preferred; overtime and physical duties apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with SAP and WMS/handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance improvements as needed.
• Correctly use warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate various equipment and tools.
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies.
• Adhere to the 7S program by maintaining a clean environment.
• Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members.
