Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Supervisor – Unarmed for a high-profile client at a Bellevue, WA facility. The role includes supervising security on a designated shift, enforcing post orders, directing officers, and deterring incidents to protect people and property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are state/local dependent and may be required prior to employment.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• One plus year of verifiable security experience.
• Strong customer service, reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate security officers.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding duties.
• Cross-train officers to increase versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost reductions to management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for officers on shift.
• Ensure contract training and Screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at a minimum or within designated levels.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure service quality.
• Assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders.
