Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift and ensure delivery of high-quality security services at a client site in Seattle. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills to coordinate with site staff and the Account Manager.

As part of a premier security provider, you will supervise officers, enforce safety programs, and maintain client relationships, while complying with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Background check and drug screen required per laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
