Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor (Unarmed) for the US-WA-Fife area. You will supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift and act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.

The role requires 1-2 years of security experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to prepare clear reports. Pay rate is $23.93 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and 401k for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid Driver's License with 1 year driving experience, clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
