Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum of one year verifiable security experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Possess one of: Associate’s degree or higher, active-duty military/naval service, or police cadets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to follow written/verbal orders.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Direct and instruct subordinates during duties.
• Cross-train officers to improve versatility and efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Develop and update post orders and security surveys as needed.
• Maintain staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for the shift.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
