Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, advocacy, emotional support, and referrals for shelter residents and hotline callers.
• Serve as primary staff for the 24-hour crisis hotline and pre-screen prospective residents.
• Maintain client confidentiality and complete records in databases and paper files.
• Support shelter operations, safety rounds, and coordination with staff and partners.
