Position Summary

As a Weekend Supervisor (RN) , you will oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care . You will serve as the on-site leader, supporting staff and maintaining clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs) during weekend shifts
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadershipAssist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed
• Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the care team
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
• Long-term care and rehab experience required
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
