Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility in Easley, SC seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN) to lead weekend clinical and operational activities. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care, and serve as on-site leader during weekend shifts.

The role requires an active SC RN license and prior long-term care/rehab experience. You will coordinate staffing, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations while fostering a supportive

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required).
• Long-term care and rehab experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs) during weekend shifts.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership.
• Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed.
• Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the care team.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
