Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN) to lead weekend clinical and operational activities, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. You will act as on-site leader, supporting staff and upholding clinical excellence.

The role requires an active SC RN license, LTC/Rehab experience, and prior supervisory skills. Weekend schedule is Saturday and Sunday, with competitive hourly pay and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required).
• Long-term care and rehab experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs) during weekend shifts.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership.
• Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed.
• Maintain adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations.
