Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN) to oversee weekend clinical and operational activities, ensuring safe, high-quality, resident-centered care. You will serve as on-site leader, supporting staff and maintaining clinical excellence during Saturday and Sunday shifts.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited RN program, holds an active SC RN license, and has long-term care and rehab experience with supervisory skills.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited RN program.
Active, unencumbered SC RN license (required).
Long-term care and rehab experience required.
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs) during weekend shifts.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership.
Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed; ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
Maintain adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations.
Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the care team.
Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
