Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN) to oversee weekend nursing operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and support staffing and compliance during Saturday and Sunday shifts.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, coordination with CNAs and LPNs, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation while upholding state and facility regulations.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Long-term care and rehab experience required.

Position Summary

As a Weekend Supervisor (LPN), you will oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care, proper staffing support, and smooth clinical operations. You will serve as the key leader on-site, guiding staff and maintaining compliance with all care standards.
