Responsibilities

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadership
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
• Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively
• Participate in clinical problem-solving and emergency response as needed
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families

Position Summary

As a Weekend Supervisor (RN), you will oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. Education & Experience

• Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance
