Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for weekends to help ensure appropriate clinical coverage. The role communicates between nursing staff, leadership, and scheduling needs, supporting quality resident care on Saturdays and Sundays.

This part-time, weekend-only position offers $19-$20 per hour and a collaborative, team-focused workplace. Candidates should be organized, dependable, and proficient with scheduling software and Microsoft Office to maintain

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active South Carolina CNA certification in good standing required
• Previous staffing, scheduling, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with staffing software and PCC preferred
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing schedules and staffing assignments
• Coordinate coverage for call-outs and open shifts
• Communicate staffing needs with nursing leadership and facility management
• Contact staff regarding scheduling needs and replacement coverage
• Assist with tracking attendance, call-outs, and schedule changes; ensure staffing levels meet facility and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports
• Support new hire scheduling and onboarding needs as appropriate
• Communicate professionally with employees regarding staffing and scheduling matters
• Assist with administrative duties related to staffing and workforce management
