Job summary

West Village Post Acute is seeking a part-time Staffing Coordinator for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) in Greenville, SC. This role will manage weekend staffing operations to ensure appropriate clinical coverage and serve as the communication link between nursing staff and leadership.

The position emphasizes organization, independent work, and strong scheduling skills, with a CNA certification preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office and PCC.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active South Carolina CNA certification in good standing required.
• Previous staffing, scheduling, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with staffing software and PCC (PointClickCare) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Contact staff regarding scheduling needs and replacement coverage.

• Support new hire scheduling and onboarding needs as appropriate.
• Communicate professionally with employees regarding staffing and scheduling matters.
• Assist with administrative duties related to staffing and workforce management.
