Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of site security for a client. The role includes staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance with high standards of service.

Starting wage is $27 per hour with a Monday–Friday 8 AM–4 PM shift. Paid orientation and training are provided; benefits start after 60 days for full-time employees, including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• Supervisory experience in security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all security functions on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance through regular inspections.
