GPM Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in the United States. The candidate will support the Store Manager, run the register, and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Open Availability to work weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts.
• Proven customer service and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and with a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate the team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer service team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits and oversee store financials.
