GPM Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations at our high-energy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach the team, and lead hiring and training to deliver excellent customer service.

You will step in as acting manager when needed, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure accurate cash handling and deposits. A path to Store Manager growth is available through consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain one.
• English proficiency and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Oversee daily cash handling, deposits, and store financials.
