GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store. You will support daily operations, run the register, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Open availability for weekends and holidays is required, with potential for growth into store leadership. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandising while ensuring a clean and welcoming store.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and likely second/third shifts.
• Proven customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be 21+ and able to manage basic store operations.
• Proficiency with cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules and daily cash handling.
