Simple Care Solutions in Van Nuys, CA is hiring a Weekend Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish). You will call members, explain the program in English or Spanish, schedule visits, and handle light office work. This on-site role is Friday to Sunday with training provided and a base pay of $20/hour plus a $5 bonus per appointment booked.

Reliable weekend attendance and ability to pass background checks are required. No prior healthcare experience is needed; training occurs on-site to onboard you quickly.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• Comfortable on the phone with older adults.
• Clear, friendly writing for call notes.
• Basic computer and typing skills with web-based software.

Responsabilidades

• Call members to introduce the program and schedule visits.
• Verify contact details and preferred call times before booking.
• Book visits in scheduling software and assign providers by area/language.
• Handle confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations; log reasons.
• Answer basic questions and route clinical questions to providers.
• Perform general office tasks and protect member privacy per HIPAA.
