Job summary

True Care is seeking a Weekend Home Care Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver placement and visit confirmations on Saturdays and Sundays. You will create and maintain staff schedules, confirm attendance, and communicate with caregivers, patients, and families while upholding company policies.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish+English) with a High School diploma and strong interpersonal skills who can multitask in a fast-paced home-health environment and coordinate with the HHA

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver placement and visit confirmations between HHAs and patients during weekends.
• Create and maintain staff schedules; confirm attendance.
• Communicate with caregivers, patients, and families per policy.
• Assist with staffing challenges and coverage as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure privacy and confidentiality.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, or fax and report status to contracts.
• Coordinate scheduling and status updates in HHA eXchange.
• Verify attendance and prioritize staffing for no-shows or changes.
