zTrip, North America's largest taxi transportation provider, is seeking a Routing Coordinator for the Weekend Shift to oversee driver assignments, monitor trips, and adjust routes as needed.

You'll support drivers, coordinate service, and communicate with customers to ensure reliable weekend transportation. Weekend schedule: Friday–Sunday, 4:00 AM–2:00 PM. Join a fast-paced team focused on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, transportation, or routing coordination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dispatch or fleet-management software a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver assignments to ensure efficient trip coverage.
• Monitor active trips and transportation activity during shift.
• Adjust routes and assignments as operational needs change.
