Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical knowledge in nursing practice, including assessment and care planning.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare, preferably SNF.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced setting.
• Compassionate and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Coordinate and oversee resident nursing care and care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and communicate findings to the team.
• Provide ongoing staff education and orientation for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies; monitor documentation.
