• Accurately document residents' care, medication administration, treatments, and changes in condition in medical records.
• Advocate for residents' rights, dignity, and preferences in planning and delivery of care.
• Effectively communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team regarding condition updates and care plans.
• Respond quickly to medical emergencies per established protocols and assist with crisis situations.
