Responsibilities

• Nursing Supervision: Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

• Resident Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments and communicate findings to the team.
• Staff Education and Training: Deliver ongoing education and orientation for new hires.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor documentation.
• Staffing and Scheduling: Collaborate on staffing levels and schedules.
• Medication Administration and Management: Oversee medication processes and documentation.
• Communication and Collaboration: Foster teamwork with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Resident and Family Engagement: Build positive relationships and address concerns.
• Emergency Response: Lead in emergencies with appropriate interventions.
