The ideal candidate is an experienced RN licensed in Alabama with strong leadership and communication skills, dedicated to delivering high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Alabama (RN).
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and resident care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing care and clinical needs of residents each weekend.
• Supervise and provide leadership to nursing staff.
• Ensure care aligns with plans of care, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor resident condition and coordinate follow-up and communication.
• Assist staff with clinical concerns and resident care needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Promote a safe, professional, and resident-centered environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, nursing staff, and administration.
