Job summary

Priority-Management is seeking a Weekend Supervisor, RN to oversee Nursing Services staff on Saturdays and Sundays and to provide direct resident care when required. You will ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with DON/ADON, and maintain equipment and safety documentation.

The role requires an RN license, up to two years of supervisory experience in a care facility, and knowledge of PCC System. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Up to two years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.
• Knowledge of rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices and PCC System.
• Able to provide age-appropriate care and exercise good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Nursing Services staff on weekends to align with regulations.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents as needed and report on shift activities.
• Interpret policies and procedures to staff, residents, and families.
• Maintain equipment and safety data sheets; coordinate repairs as required.
• Prepare written/verbal shift reports and coordinate with DON/ADON.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Services Manual and safety protocols.
