Mission Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Weekend Supervisor for Saturday and Sunday shifts. You will lead and coordinate care with physicians, nurses, LPNs, CNAs, and other staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

This role requires an active RN license, at least 1 year in a healthcare facility, strong critical thinking, and effective communication. You will supervise staff, review notes, administer treatments, and maintain documentation in

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in the state.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare facility experience.
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attending physicians, nursing staff, and leadership team to provide patient care.
• Oversee and direct LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical support staff in performing nursing procedures and treatments according to physician orders and patient needs.
• Review nurses’ notes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Administer treatments and medications, start IVs, and chart/document as required.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
• Ensure a kind, positive, and safe work environment, maintaining professional communication and escalating any concerns to the ADON or DON.
