Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Part-Time Weekend RN/LPN Supervisor to lead our Saturday and Sunday PM shift. You will oversee weekend nursing staff, ensure safe resident care, approve treatments, and coordinate with the DON.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN or LPN license and prior supervision in long-term care or hospital settings, with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Prior supervisory experience in long-term care or hospital settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resident care coordination and individualized care planning.
• Oversee weekend 2nd shift nursing staff and ensure compliance.
• Conduct unit rounds and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Educate staff, residents, and families on care plans.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and DON/ADON as directed.
