Hireology is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff, oversee medication management, and ensure high-quality resident care during weekend shifts. This role emphasizes reliability, professionalism, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise staff, implement care plans, manage documentation, participate in shift reports, and ensure compliance with infection control and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Texas.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in nursing documentation and care planning.
• Ability to supervise weekend staffing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff: assign and delegate duties based on census and staff availability.
• Oversee Medication Management: monitor administration and coordinate reorders.
• Implement Care Plans: ensure plans are followed per policy and orders.
• Provide Direct Care Support: perform and supervise treatments as needed.
• Manage Documentation: transcribe orders and maintain accurate records.
• Lead Shift Communication: participate in shift reports and inform staff of needs.
• Ensure Compliance: enforce infection control and safe practices.
• Respond to Staffing Needs: coordinate coverage for shortages.
• Oversee Incidents: investigate variances and file incident reports.
• Manage Lab Work: monitor orders, results, and follow-up.
