Job summary

Southwestern Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and maintain the highest level of resident care during the weekend shift.

The role is full-time with a Saturday and Sunday schedule from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You will act as a clinical resource, oversee care plans, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operations. This is a leadership role offering growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (PA) is required.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain high-quality resident care during your shift.
• Serve as a clinical resource and point of contact for staff, residents, and families.
• Oversee resident care plans and ensure compliance with standards of practice and facility policies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and make critical decisions to ensure resident safety.
• Assist with staff scheduling, documentation reviews, and end-of-shift reporting.
• Communicate effectively with department heads and the administrative team as needed.
