Sunflower Park Health Care is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. The role focuses on supervising staff, supervising medication management, and ensuring care plans are followed across shifts.

The ideal candidate is a Texas-licensed RN with strong assessment, documentation, and leadership skills, capable of maintaining composure during emergencies and coordinating care in a fast-paced weekend environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas is required.
• Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to remain composed during emergencies and manage workflow.
• Passionate about quality resident care and collaborative team support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff and delegate duties based on census and availability.
• Oversee Medication Management and coordinate reorders.
• Implement Care Plans per policy and physician orders.
• Provide Direct Care Support and supervise treatments as needed.
• Manage Documentation: transcribe orders, complete assessments, maintain records.
• Lead Shift Communication: share shift reports and care needs.
