Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and delegate duties by census and availability.
• Oversee medication management and coordinate reorders.
• Implement and monitor care plans per policies.
• Provide direct care support and supervise treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and transcribe orders.
• Lead shift reports and communicate care needs.
• Ensure infection control and safe work practices.
• Coordinate staffing to meet shifts and coverage.
• Investigate variances and complete incident reports.
• Monitor lab orders and physician follow-up.
