You will supervise staff, manage medication administration, implement care plans, handle documentation, and coordinate with physicians. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff: assign duties based on census and staff availability.
• Oversee Medication Management: monitor administration and reorders.
• Implement Care Plans: ensure plans follow policy and orders.
• Provide Direct Care Support: supervise treatments and provide hands-on care.
• Manage Documentation: transcribe orders and maintain records.
• Lead Shift Communication: share updates in shift reports.
• Ensure Compliance: enforce infection control and safe practices.
• Respond to Staffing Needs: coordinate coverage for shortages.
• Oversee Incidents: investigate variances and file reports.
• Manage Lab Work: monitor labs and physician follow-up.
