Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor in Texas to lead nursing operations during weekend shifts. You will supervise staff, coordinate care, and ensure adherence to policy while maintaining compassionate resident care.

This role requires an RN licensed in Texas, strong leadership, and solid documentation skills to ensure safe, compliant weekend coverage and effective collaboration with physicians and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Nursing Staff: assign and delegate duties based on census and staff availability
• Oversee Medication Management: monitor administration and coordinate reorders
• Implement Care Plans: ensure plans followed per policy and orders
• Provide Direct Care Support: perform and supervise treatments as needed
• Manage Documentation: transcribe orders, complete assessments, maintain records
• Lead Shift Communication: participate in shift reports and inform staff of care needs
• Ensure Compliance: enforce infection control and safe work practices
• Respond to Staffing Needs: coordinate coverage during shortages
• Oversee Incidents: investigate variances and file incident reports
• Manage Lab Work: monitor lab orders and follow up on results
