Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our skilled nursing neighborhood. You will supervise all direct and indirect nursing care, ensuring high-quality resident care and adherence to standards.

In this role, you will prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and replacements as needed. You will assist the Director of Nursing with performance evaluations of nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care for residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance and arrange replacements as necessary.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in job performance evaluations of nursing personnel.
