Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee both direct and indirect nursing care in our skilled nursing neighborhood. You will organize assignments, review workloads, and help coordinate staffing to ensure consistent resident care.

The role requires an active RN license and supervisory experience, with CPR certification preferred. You will partner with the Director of Nursing on evaluations and quality initiatives within a supportive team

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
• Current or eligible for CPR certification.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care for residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules, arranging replacements as needed.
• Assist the Director of Nursing with job performance evaluations of nursing personnel.
