Qualifications

• RN license in Oklahoma is required.
• First Aid and CPR certification are current.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• 1+ year in Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing operational standards are met.
• Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures.
• Train new team members and evaluate nurses’ performance.
• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions.
• Handle complaints or other issues.
