The Arboretum of Winnie is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure quality resident care during weekend shifts. You will supervise care, oversee medications, and implement care plans while maintaining accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas RN license, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and remain composed during emergencies to manage workflow effectively. This role emphasizes collaboration and high-quality patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Nursing Staff: Assign and delegate duties based on census and staff availability.
• Oversee Medication Management: Monitor administration and coordinate reorders.
• Implement Care Plans: Ensure plans followed per policy and physician orders.
• Provide Direct Care Support: Perform and supervise treatments as needed.
• Manage Documentation: Transcribe orders, complete assessments, maintain records.
• Lead Shift Communication: Participate in shift reports and inform staff of care needs.
• Ensure Compliance: Enforce infection control procedures and safe practices.
• Respond to Staffing Needs: Coordinate coverage for shortages.
• Oversee Incidents: Investigate variances, contact families, complete incident reports.
• Manage Lab Work: Monitor lab orders, results, and physician follow-up.
