Job summary

Armstrong Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee the weekend shift, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality patient care in a warm, patient-centered environment.

You will develop care plans, conduct evaluations, coach staff, and collaborate with leadership to uphold standards and improve outcomes. PA RN license and weekend availability are required; 1 year of long-term care experience is

Qualifications

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania.
Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation.
Ability to work weekends as scheduled.
Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a team.
Familiarity with medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate weekend nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
Ensure patient care aligns with center policies and procedures.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Conduct performance evaluations, give feedback, and coach staff.
Collaborate with leadership to implement improvements in patient outcomes and center operations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy development.
